GPL: Medeama secure Vital Points In Narrow Win Over Legon Cities

Medeama SC secured their second win in the ongoing Ghana premier league following a against Legon Cities.

Forward Kamaradini Mamudu scored early in the first half to give the visitors the lead on the 18th minute, making the team’s early dominance count.

The goal meant that Kamaradini Mamudu has now scored on three consecutive occasions in a mauve and yellow shirt against today’s opponent Legon Cities.

The former Ghana Premier League champions are yet to taste a defeat this season after beating Accra Lions by a goal to nil in week 1 at the T and A park in Tarkwa.

The Yellow and Mauve side after haven won the league two seasons ago will be aiming to represent Ghana once again in the CAF Champions League next season.

Medeama SC will welcome depending champions Samatex 1996 in match week three of the Ghana premier league while Legon Cities will be on the road against newly promoted Vision FC.
